Next Event: Luminary Display in December
The Castle Heights holiday luminary display is a beloved tradition that was started in the neighborhood over 25 years ago. This is a celebration of all faiths, cultures, and backgrounds for 2 nights in December.
Supplies: White luminary bags, battery operated candles and instructions will be delivered to your house prior to the display date. You will be asked to fill your bags with sand, rocks, or kitty litter, and place each one on the curb at every curb crack of your property.
Date: The luminaries will be displayed December 11th and 12th (Rain date December 18th and 19th). If you are planning to be out of town on these dates, but would like to participate, please use the email listed below and we will arrange for someone to turn on your candles.
Cost: In order to cover the cost of supplies, we are asking each household to contribute $8.00 in cash, if you would like to participate.
